Die Reise von Sturtzfrequenz begann im Jahr 2003. Gegründet von JOGI der sowohl Ideengeber, Musiker als auch die Stimme des
Projekts ist. Von Beginn an werden die weibliche Vocals von Aurinko eingesungen.
Die bisherigen Veröffentlichungen „Angstzustand“ (geplant 2023) „Digitalkrieg“ (2012), „Fehler im Sender“ (2006) und die Onlinesingle „AMOK“ (2007) wurden im eigenen Studio aufgenommen.
